The MH370 Timeline pages are articles in the Main namespace.

1. Timeline Page
The Timeline is sectioned into periods, each with its own page. Each page has entries for events which are known to have occurred at or near a specific time. Each event contains a summary which is transcluded from an article in the Time namespace. For example an event from Timeline/Pre-Flight:-

Note the transcluded EventType - this defines the colors. And instead of stating a Time, the EventTime is transcluded because it contains a link.
2. Event Details Page
The event Details provide more information and for each event there is a corresponding sub-page - in this example MH370 Timeline - Initial Response/0203:48 MYT.
Event Details are in sub-pages and linked via a button on the Timeline page. To 'return' to the Timeline, a button on the Event Details page links to an anchor placed above the event summary on the Timeline page.
The content in the event details sub-page is structured by a template; the content is transcluded from Time pages, as shown in the example below:-

Each Event Details page has the same structure; the contents of each section are transcluded from a corresponding page in the Time namespace.
3. Time Pages
In the Time namespace, each page is named Time:HHMM:SS MYT except for events occurring on Friday, 7 March 2014 - these use the UTC time for example Time:HHMM:SS UTC.
Each article Time:HHMM:SS MYT has several sub-pages, listed alphabetically here:-
- Time:HHMM:SS MYT/Details
- Time:HHMM:SS MYT/EventTime
- Time:HHMM:SS MYT/EventType
- Time:HHMM:SS MYT/Notes
- Time:HHMM:SS MYT/Summary
Separating the data into content on each relevant sub-page avoids the use of an Extension called Labelled Section Transclusion. However, only part of each page is transcluded.
The page Time:HHMM:SS MYT has no content, but does transclude a template called TimePageHeader. From 5 December 2022 this was simplified so that each page Time:HHMM:SS MYT shows the content that will be transcluded into the Timeline and Timeline Event details pages. Use this for checking the content and links.
